This policy explains the information collected through the PACK 3D website and how it is used.

Information we collect

PACK 3D collects information you choose to provide, including your name, company, email, phone number, project description, quantity, material and finish preferences, timing, budget, preferred contact method, and uploaded project files. Basic security information such as an IP-derived rate-limit value and spam-verification result may also be processed.

How information is used

Information is used to evaluate and respond to project requests, prepare quotes, communicate about potential or active work, protect the submission system, and maintain necessary business records. PACK 3D does not use this website to sell customer information.

Project files

Uploaded files are placed in private cloud object storage and are not published in the website’s public file directory. Authorized download links are time-limited. Files should contain only information needed for project evaluation. Do not upload passwords, credentials, illegal material, export-controlled information, or content you are not authorized to share.

Service providers

PACK 3D may use infrastructure, security, storage, and transactional-email providers to operate the quote workflow. Those providers process information only as needed to supply their services and under their applicable terms.

Retention and security

Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Quote records and files are retained only as long as reasonably needed for project evaluation, business records, security, or legal obligations, then deleted or de-identified as appropriate.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted, subject to legal and operational retention requirements. Contact design@packresearch.net.
