These terms govern use of the PACK 3D website and its project-intake tools.

Effective July 24, 2026

Website purpose

This website provides general information and a way to request project evaluation. Website content and submission of a request do not create a contract, guarantee acceptance, or confirm capability, price, material, tolerance, finish, production quantity, or delivery date.

Quotes and project approval

A project begins only after PACK 3D and the customer approve the applicable written scope, pricing, assumptions, payment terms, and other project terms. If a quote conflicts with general website content, the accepted quote controls for that project.

Authorized content

You may submit only files and information you own or have permission to use and manufacture. You are responsible for ensuring the requested work does not violate intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, law, regulation, or contractual obligations.

Prohibited requests

Do not submit illegal, harmful, deceptive, infringing, export-controlled, or unauthorized content. PACK 3D may refuse, suspend, or report a request when appropriate for safety, security, legal, or operational reasons.

Engineering and manufacturing limitations

Unless expressly agreed in writing, website information is not professional certification, regulatory approval, or a warranty that a design is suitable for safety-critical, medical, aerospace, weapons, or other regulated use. Customers remain responsible for final validation and lawful use.

Availability and changes

PACK 3D may update, suspend, or discontinue website features. Reasonable efforts are made to keep information accurate, but the site is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free availability.
